TERMS OF USE
Hotel Standard Check-in time is 1400 hours GMT +2 and check-out time is 1200 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability.
All standard policies pertaining to hotel/ hospitality industry are applicable, when specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.

PAYMENT TERMS POLICY
The hotel reserves the right to take a pre-authorisation on your credit card under the name the booking is made for the total stay on your arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per hotel policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
Payment can be made using credit/debit card or cash.
Applicable Taxes – Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.
An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Any of the following which is mandatory: Passport or Driving License. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
This reservation is not transferable.
In the event of no-show, the total fee of the room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.
The hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise on the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point in time.
Guests are bound to produce original proof of identity at the time of arrival in the Hotel.
Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the pool area.
The Hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the Hotel after an event at the Hotel or taken outside the Hotel for private consumption.
In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.
All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the assets of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is the guest’s responsibility to advise Hotel management prior to arrival.
Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room, or the hotel can store your valuables upon request. The hotel is entitled to collect a charge for storage of these items.
In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables.
Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after checking out are only held until close of business that day.
Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.
The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area.
The Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted immediately.
We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Hotel does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
Transport to the airport is provided as an ancillary service and the Hotel is not accountable to whatsoever happens to the guests during such transit.
Pool and Jacuzzi Rules
 
1.                 The swimming pool and Jacuzzi may be used between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. daily. Pool hours may be shortened or extended due to inclement weather, low attendance, extra maintenance or special functions.
 
2.                 NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT THE POOL.
 
3.                 Guests must be at least 12 years of age to enter the Jacuzzi.
 
4.                 Children of all ages should always be supervised by their parents/caregivers when around the pool and when using the pool/jacuzzis.
 
5.                 ANYONE WHO MAY BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THE HEAT OR HUMIDITY OF THE JACUZZI, SUCH AS CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE (12), PREGNANT WOMEN, AND ANYONE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, SHOULD NOT USE THE JACUZZI. SINCE PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO HIGH WATER TEMPERATURES CAN CAUSE DROWSINESS AND/OR RAISE THE BLOOD PRESSURE OF ANY SUCH PERSONS, THEY SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR SOMEONE WHO CAN REASONABLY ASSURE THEIR SAFETY WHEN USING THE JACUZZI.
 
6.                 The pool areas are for the exclusive use of the apartment residents. A resident’s family members or guests found in those areas shall be presumed to be there with the full knowledge and consent of the owner or manager. Residents shall be responsible for the health and safety of themselves, their family members, and their guests who use the pool and Jacuzzi and for ensuring that all rules for those facilities are obeyed. Apartment residents are financially responsible for any damages or destruction caused by themselves and their guests.
 
7.                 Swimming is permitted only in appropriate bathing attire.
 
8.                 Persons who are incontinent or not toilet-trained shall not use the pools or Jacuzzi unless they wear pants that will prevent leaks, like a swim diaper. Traditional disposable or cloth diapers are not permitted in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi.
 
9.                 Guests must ensure that family members and guests who are non-swimmers or weak swimmers are accompanied at all times in the pool area by someone who can ensure their safety.  In particular, a child under the age of 12 is to be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or Jacuzzi, unless the child is a competent swimmer. A child’s parent or guardian shall be responsible for determining if the child is a competent swimmer.
 
10.           Five (5) guests at a time, per apartment, may utilize the pool and adjacent area. This ensures that all guests are able to comfortably use the pool and area at any given time. Pool parties are not permitted.
 
11.           Noise levels are to be kept at a respectful level to assure an enjoyable setting for relaxation. Only portable music players with earphones are permitted.
 
12.           Showering before entering the swimming pool or Jacuzzi is required. The shower for the swimming pool is located on the recreation deck area. All suntan oil, dirt, and other such materials must be removed before entering the swimming pool or Jacuzzi. Persons having opened sores or wounds or communicable diseases are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi.

 
13.           Spitting, urinating, and blowing one’s nose in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi are strictly prohibited.
 
14.           Running, jumping off walls, diving head first into the pool, and horseplay are not permitted in the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and adjacent areas. Splashing of water other than that accompanying normal swimming is not permitted.
 
15.           Only water in a non-breakable container is permitted at the pool, Jacuzzi, and entire adjacent pool deck area. No glass items of any kind, any food or beverages other than water, toys, large floating devices, diving equipment, or similar items shall be permitted in the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, or adjacent areas. The introduction of sand, rocks, or other foreign matter in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction from the area.
 
16.           All persons shall comply with the requests of the General Manager with respect to matters of personal conduct in and about the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and adjacent areas. The employees and/or Residential Specialists are authorized to require any person using the pool or Jacuzzi to identify them self by name and apartment number, and if a guest, to give the name and apartment number of the host resident, and to confirm, if required, the physical presence of the apartment resident acting as host.
 
17.           No animals, unless permitted by the Owner/Manager are allowed in or around the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, or any portions of the adjacent deck area.
 
18.           Intoxicated persons are not permitted to use the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, or any other portions of the recreational deck.
 
19.           Persons must dry themselves before leaving the swimming pool area or using the bathroom facilities.
 
20.           All persons using any of the pool and Jacuzzi are required to exercise due care to preserve the functionality and appearance of said facilities. All trash and personal belongings must be removed after use of the pool, Jacuzzi, and adjacent areas. The chairs, if any, on the recreation deck should be returned to their original positions/locations to ensure a neat and orderly appearance. All owners and residents acknowledge and agree that the General Manager may issue rules governing the use of the Recreational Facilities that are not inconsistent with these House Rules.
 
21.           Any person violating these rules may be asked, by the General Manager or a Residential Specialist, to leave the area.
 
 
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the hotel.
The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damage, costs or expenses incurred to you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If the Hotel waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.
