2. The Customer acknowledges that the Hotel does not accept any liability for valuables and money left in rooms.
3. The Customer accepts that the above personal data will be collected and processed by the Hotel (Controller) for the purpose of providing the
Hotel's services to the Customer and to serve him/her. The Hotel declares that it implements the necessary security measures for the protection of
the personal data of all its customers (adults and underaged children), to which no person has access other than the authorized personnel and
does not transmit it to any third party, natural or legal person, except where this is provided for by law. The data are retained to a minimum for a
period of five (05) years and to the maximum until the time that all claims from the agreement between Hotelier Customer are written off.
The Customer has the rights of information and access to his/her personal data, the rights to rectification or erasure of his/her personal data,
the rights to restriction of their processing and to data portability, the rights to object to processing and to withdraw consent, under the conditions
of the applicable legislation, as well as the right to address the Personal Data Protection Authority in Greece (Kifissias avenue 1 3, 11523 Athens,
e mail: complaints@dpa.gr <mailto:complaints@dpa.gr>) or in his/her country.
The Customer declares that he/she is aware of the hotel's Privacy Policy, which is posted on the website.
4. I state that I have been informed by the Hotel that my sensitive personal data concerning my health may be processed and recorded in ??tel’s incident book for public health reasons (prevention and treatment of pandemic) for a corresponding duration as long as it is required by the Greek state authorities for compliance with this record. I was informed that I have the right to update, access, and restrict their processing, the right to correct or delete data, the right to object, under the conditions of the current Legislation, as well as the right to address the Personal Data Protection Authority. I was informed in advance that as long as it is mandatory by Greek state authorities to record such data, the right of deletion cannot be exercised. I promise that if I experience any COVID 19 symptoms I will take all necessary measures to avoid transmitting the disease and I will not come in contact with clients, staff, I will contact a doctor immediately and I will report this to the hotel immediately. I am aware of hotel prevention policy for covid 19 as announced.
5. Additionally, the Customer agrees that the Hotel may send emails containing a questionnaire to gather feedback or improve services. These emails will be sent in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and the Customer may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
